Thank you for shopping with East Idaho News! Contact us for any returns and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on your part will be fully covered at your expense.
If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us immediately to submit a problem report.
Return Address
Returns are processed at our partner's facility, and we will automatically notify you by email upon receipt of any returned shipment. Any returns unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to charity. If a return is mistakenly sent to an address other than the designated facility, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the returned shipment.
Incorrect or Insufficient Address
If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided and the courier returns the shipment to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is confirmed.
Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments returned to our facility as unclaimed will incur additional reshipping costs, payable by you.
Returns & Exchanges (Buyer's Remorse)
East Idaho News does not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, except where required by law. If East Idaho News chooses to accept returns or offer size exchanges, the additional costs for new orders will be covered by East Idaho News.
Face Masks and Sealed Goods
For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods such as face masks cannot be returned. Any returned orders containing face masks will be disposed of, and refunds will not be provided.
Customers Residing in Brazil
Brazilian customers who regret their purchase must contact Customer Service within 7 consecutive days of receiving the item and provide photographic evidence of its condition. The return will be evaluated for potential refund eligibility. If the product is found used or damaged, a refund will not be possible.
Notice to EU Consumers
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, returns are not accepted for:
Customized or clearly personalized products.
Sealed items unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns under these conditions at our sole discretion.
This policy is governed and interpreted according to the English language, irrespective of any translations.
